Armed with fabric, padding, plywood,  a staple gun, and a very helpful YouTube video, it took me ten minutes to make a window sat cushion for the bench beneath our window.  (The pillows were a different story and required a sewing machine, custom made bed dubai and abu dhabi scissors, a measuring tape, some straight pins, a lot of wine, some made-up curse words, thread, two annoying cats, and one inquisitively “helpful” four year old who insisted on pushing the peddle on the sewing machine, which made for quite an adventure.
